      Is there a way to extend the top image (company information) on this page to be 100% width and not have any right or left padding?

      I have another question…On the “Our Team” page. When you add content into a team member, how do you get the “our team” listing page to link to those bios?

      You mean is if click into team member, it will go to single team page?
      If you want any functions to be changed you need to custom code of theme.
      This case you have to make change carousel_team layout. If you want i can give my service for this customization.
