Blog and Video Poster

So on my homepage, I can’t seem to add a “video poster” to the video section. The image never attaches itself in visual composer.

Also on the homepage, for the blog section, it won’t show the title or description in the blog post for some reason. They are all turned on.

Any help would be appreciated.
