      Please send the following information to get the support faster:

      – FTP’s information
      – Site’s URL
      – WordPress admin account
      – Purchase Code (to ensure you have bought the theme and deserve the good support)

      I can’t login either, I get redirected to – https://www.webalive.ie/wp-login.php
      The debug info says there is a problem with Flex plugin.
      I have tried to disable the plugin, then all the plugins and also the entire theme and still I cant login.
      I don’t have FTP but can send my SSH pem file if required.

      Hi there

      Our dev said he can’t connect your FTP and your .ppk file. And with PuTTY users, we can’t edit files, because after connect it only is command line screen.

      So can you please give other way to edit files?

      We update the plugin via theme updates and you will receive the latest version of this plugin with future theme update.
      You don’t need to activate it with license key, it’s functional without it. We are not allowed to share our extended license key.

      Do you have any documentation for the Flex login plugin. Their website is no longer online – fsflex.com.
      Is it possible to stop Rev Slider from loading on all pages?
