Cannot Remove Shopping Cart Icon on Header

Hi guys,

I’ve used your theme before for other sites but this time my client doesn’t need online shopping so I need to remove the shopping cart icon from the header. I have turned it off in the theme options but it is still there. Can you please help my fix this issue? As this seems to be a common error maybe you could also describe how this problem is resolved for others to see in the future as well?

Please show me your purchase code. That issue is already fixed in latest version of theme so please udpate theme.
