Cannot seem to remove the main icon

Hi,

In looking at the documentation, I should have an item in my lefthand side list for the wp-taxadvisor add. I discovered it was missing when I was trying to do in and change the default tax advisor icon and statement. I need to change the icon asap so please point me in the right direction. Also, please let me know if I ned to send any other information.
