      Purchased and can’t install. When I try I get this message: “The link you followed has expired. Please try again.” I tried unbundling and then get message ” The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.”

      I can’t open documentation either. Please help.

      once you download the theme, unzip the main archive. You will see the following file:

      bixbag.zip: Theme files that you will need to upload into your WordPress themes directory.

      I have done that and I keep getting “The link you followed has expired. Please try again.’

      And again, documentation does not open.

      Please send the following information to get the support faster:

      – FTP’s information
      – Site’s URL
      – WordPress admin account
      – License certificate image:http://prntscr.com/o8tck1(to ensure you have bought the theme and deserve the good support).
