Hello again, I am modifying the Contact Us Page and there is a picture of a boat on the water. How can I change that picture out with another picture I made in photoshop? Also, is there a way to not have the text of the page on top of the picture? (I made my background image with the Contact Us text in it).

you only have one option to change title background image for all page in theme options:
No option to change title background for special page. If you want to show image and disable text in title section you have to customize theme.
