Collections array

I have a doubt about the Collection array, the one used in the brands page.

I want to do something like that but with just some collections, for that i need to create a new array of collection objects with the ones I want yo include, but I can’t find the page for doing that.

This is the page I am talking about, I saw the .liquid file where this page is made, and I saw that there is a loop with a array collections that lists all collections made in Shopify, what I need is an Array similar to this, but made manually, ’cause I need to choose the collections on it.
