      Hi there, I was wondering if you could help I have bought the Pixelogic template from Envato. I have uploaded it into WordPress and I am using WP Bakery to edit it, however the template requires plugin EF4-Framework. When you activate the EF4-Framework plugin then this stop the from end of WP Bakery working? Please could you help me rectify this?

      Just to rectify the EF4-Framework plugin stops the front end of WP Bakery working, only allowing to use the back end.

      Can you please respond to my refund request?
      Why cant I use this forum after you offered me support when I bought it?
      This theme has major problems and has cost me an huge amount of problems and I need you to contact me ASAP.
