Construction theme – Modify Portfolio labels

I’m almost finishing the configuration of a Construction template based website.
I will appreciate your help in pointing me on the right direction to modify a couple of labels.

Both labels are related to the Superhero Portfolio content type.
The 1st. one is “Read More” when you display the project’s portfolio.
The 2nd. case is when you visualize a specific project and it reads “Project Description” and “The Challenges”.
I already checked the Portfolio content type, and the related views, with no luck yet. What am I missing?
