Customize Footer - Best WordPress Theme 2023

  What is the reccomended approach for customizing the header/footer? I do not see any options within the admin dashboard to change the content of these sections
  
  also i installed the template, but the icons are not displaying… I have circled the areas i expected to see icons in this image : https://imgur.com/a/bUGIw
