How do you decrease the excessive white space under the logo?

The “Additional CSS” I add in the theme customizer does not affect the site at all…

And if I get it to affect the site – which element should I modify to decrease the white space?

Thank you very much, however, the css I write here does not affect the site…

I wrote:

#cshero-header-logo {
    margin-top: 0px;
    margin-bottom: 0px;
}

And nothing happens… Even tried with !important and nothing happens.
