Demo content not importing properly

Hello just purchased the template. I have tried to install demo content 2 times and a a lot of the demo content is not uploading properly far as images, footer, etc.. Can I please get some assistance soon as possible thank you..

1.At the basic level, this theme will require the following conditions:

Apache 2.x or Microsoft IIS 7
PHP 5.6.x or 7.x
MySQL 5.0.4 or higher
WordPress 4.5.+
We Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

max_execution_time 120s

memory_limit 128M

post_max_size 120M

upload_max_filesize 32M

2. To import DEMO data for your site, List work should be:

– Clean your wordpress( content and theme ).
– Config server as above sugesstions.
– Install and activate themes
– Install and activate plugins of theme: Appearance->Install plugin.
– Setup sample data: Tools->Install Demo.

Thanks all that has been fixed. I have been going back and forth via email and my last email was regarding the slow load time of the template. I have not heard anything from support in over 7 days. As the site loads poorly on mobile and desktop.. Can you have someone please respond to my emails. Thank you.
