      Hi,

      I’ve upped the php parameters, and started the one click demo import, but it always gets stuck at 5% (which i think indicates it doenst even start).
      What could the issue be?

      Please send the following information to get the support faster:

      – FTP’s information
      – Site’s URL
      – WordPress admin account
      – Purchase Code (to ensure you have bought the theme and deserve the good support)
