      This is taking far to long just to get this theme to do basic changes. I would like a refund for the theme and the extra charged for support.

      Sorry to keep you waiting. The dev team already checked your site and they said the theme options is working fine:

      Also we saw the demo data is not completely imported. I don’t know how you entered the sample data but if you want we can help you reset the site and setup full demo data for you. It will be much better.

      Yes, sorry I thought I did email you but I guess I didn’t. Yes if you can please reset the site and setup full demo data. I meant submit that with your promo but I thought I could do it myself.

      Hi again,
      The tech team ask you the ftp info. They already tried to working via file manager but it is not allowed.
      So they need ftp info to setup all required plugins and demo data.

      Our dev team already tried working via ftp but unable to connect. We already tried via file manager plugin to but still can’t connect. Please give us the correct FTP info so we can help you.

      That is the correct ftp. Works for me and others. Please refund my money for theme and support. I have been an Envato customer for over 10 years. I will go to them if I do not get the refund from you.
