      I have installed Charity Plus and I am not able to customize the site. Some elements change some do not. I am completely unable to change the logo. or the header options. Please advise.

      – FTP’s information
      – Site’s URL
      – WordPress admin account
      – Purchase Code (to ensure you have bought the theme and deserve the good support)

      Did you enable “Dev Mode” in theme options?
