Header not changes

Hi,
I’m trying to change the header style from Theme Options but after save the header don’t changes.
I select the second option (dark grey top and white botton, logo on bottom), the selection correctly is shown by the Theme Option but on the site it’s still as the default option (first in the list).
Here is the image of the Customizing page as you cansee what happens
