      Hi there,

      i cant install demo. its stuck on %5
      i tried to fix it but its not working. All options looking well.
      please help,im waiting till 2 days. i want to finish my work.

      – FTP’s information
      – Site’s URL
      – WordPress admin account
      – Purchase Code& Purchase Date(to ensure you have bought the theme and deserve the good support).

      Ok i will check it again after 2 hours.

      i want to know while upload,

      why that file is big so much ?
      one click demo importer downloads a file biggest like that ?
      and if i have to reset or smt website ( later ) i will have problem again ?

      Hi

      It was unable to upload zip file. The zip file is duplicator file from our demo site.It includes all content and images like our demo site.

      Normally it can be easily uploaded and installed for other clients if one click importer or XML file is not working.

      But I can’t upload it to your server.

      Yes i’ve tried once click importer again and waited for about half an hour.

      so lucky it is working fine.

      Sorry i don’t want to bother you. But could you please change your Rate on Themeforest.
