      Hi, I’ve just purchased this theme rightnow. I tried to install it directly and, since it was not possible, I tried to install just the “Laboom-FullPackage” as a zip (without the macosx folder), but it was not possible. I can provide you the purchase code, my email and WordPress admin credential if it is necesary. Thanks.

      You have to extract Laboom-FullPackage.zip file and upload laboom.zip file.

      Ok, thanks! Done (I’ve just installed laboom.zip). Can I isntall those plugins by clicking “Begin installing plugins” or should I upload them from the other zips?

      Hi again,

      a) I tested the reservation form once again, without being registered this time, and the problem persists. The message appears after pushing the button “send” or “solicitar mesa”. Where could be the solution? I add a photo: https://prnt.sc/nnjjqu

      b) On the other hand there would be a posibility to take the button “all” from the menus. Or, could it be translated into two languages more?

      When I sent the message it has automatically written “http://” before “ftp.arkangoa.com”. The last word has to be used like this on the Host blank in FileZilla.

      Hi,

      I’ve just check it with the working times I still have (from 12:00 to 04:00) and it appears the same message of “This time is out, please choose other time”

      The last picture that you sent it seems to be the same but, anyways.
      1. If the restaurant gives food from 12:00 to 22:00 what should I write there (in the settings)?
      2. On the other hand, if the working time is from 12:00 to 4:00, should I change the “time start” and the “time stop”? Sorry, I don’t get it.

      Time Start must be greater than the Time Stop. It should be 12:00 to 14:00

      On the other hand, how could I send those messages such as:
      “Email to customer after the reservation has been approved”, “Email to a customer after booked”, etc
      I mean, in place of writing manualy and using this almost automatical emails? Is there any turorial for this?

      ok, I thought that, since these “automatical emails” are in the “reservations” plugin settings, it was possible…
      Anyways, I wanted to translate my web site into basque and english, do I have to download and install an specific plugin? I thought that it was included in the theme, since it appears in the “main home” of the theme live preview, but I can’t find it.

      As I told you in my previous message the popup screen of the bookings on header doesn’t open (even the login popup screen) since you solve the previous problem with bookings, but I’ve noticed that this only happens in Opera GX (at least) my main browser.
