Install demo content on Joomla + documentation

Hi,

I have just purchase the Joomla version of Little People/Kindergarten template and I would like to install the demo content, but I don’t find the way to do it.
All the informations I found just mention how to do it on WordPress, but not Joomla. Could you please help me ?

I’m also looking for the documentation of the template (how to custom the different parts of the template), but all I found is a documentation about SP-Page-Builder. Where can I find it ?
