Install Stuck

I have installed several times themes made with Akeeba but your installer seems to be incomplete. I can not install the just purchased template. I have used several browser with no success. I even noticed that the img folder installation/template/angie/img/loading_big.gif is missing.

Can you test the installer and resend or manual instructions on how to install..

1.At the basic level, this theme will require the following conditions:

Apache 2.x or Microsoft IIS 7
PHP 5.6.x or 7.x
MySQL 5.0.4 or higher
WordPress 4.5.+
We Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

max_execution_time 120s

memory_limit 128M

post_max_size 32M

upload_max_filesize 32M

2. To import DEMO data for your site, List work should be:

– Clean your wordpress( content and theme ).
– Config server as above sugesstions.
– Install and activate themes
– Install and activate plugins of theme: Appearance->Install plugin.
– Setup sample data: Tools->Install Demo.

This is a Joomla website…Again, the installer is not working. The PHP is 5.6. I have tried on 2 different web servers.

The launch of akeeba is incomplete. No images show on the GUI and There are errors displayed. Seen below. here is the link

Oh sorry so much for my mistake!!!

MySQL (InnoDB support required) 5.5.3 + 5.1
SQL Server 10.50.1600.1 + 10.50.1600.1
PostgreSQL 9.1 + 8.3.18

Could you please give me cpanel+Joomla Credentials info. I will have a close look and help you install demo data for your site.

the issue is not on the server its the installer. Please look at http://websvr.co/asp/installation/ the live account. The cpanel account cannot be given. Is it possible to make a backup of the web demo again so I can try.

We use Akeeba backup for kickstart. It works fine.

In this case, To help you with this issue Please provide your cpanel or Godaddy info to move further with this issue. Don’t forget to mark reply as private below if you share any sensitive data.
