      Hello,
      I have just purchased your template. I have tried to install demo sites but the sites are incomplete.
      You can see: https://www.1transportni.cz/

      If you need to check WordPress, you can do it.
      login: Danieladmin
      password: patislavek01

      In the documentation is written: To be perfect, you should make sure all of photos available. Go to Regen Thumbnails on the Tools menu. But, I cant see this setting.

      Also images in the media library are not visible. Only gray rectangles instead of it.

      Please advise what to do.

      – License certificate image:http://prntscr.com/o8tck1(to ensure you have bought the theme and deserve the good support).
      don’t forget make private for any information.

      I have checked it and it looks very nice. All content is visible now.
      I will check it more deeply in next days and when it is necessary, I will create a new ticket.

      Your server isn’t working with once click importer. So i had to import demo data manually.
