      Hello,

      I just installed the wordpress theme La Boom that I purchased on envato, and I cannot install the chil theme (saying that the theme cannot be installed since there is no style.css, I checked there i one) and the required pluggins such as Flex reservation, Flex restaurant, user press, visual composer,… saying that “L’archive n’a pas pu être installée. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”. I tried re download and re install the theme but still… Since i really need the reservation can you please help me install a prope theme?

      So please have à look at the restaurant éléments (the carrousel and the menu) because it is not Working. By example in the carrousel on the Homepage I would like have ont the beer.

      I am sorry but it is not working… when I select another header, nothing happens, nothing changes.
      Also the carousel and the restaurant menu are not working very well : Some parts of the menu are empty even though I registered menus in them, and the carousel should only show beers and it’s not.
      I chose this theme for this option so it has to work 😉

      Hello,
      Thank you it is now working for the header.
      For the menus, the problem is not coming from the feature image I think : for the carousel, I would like to have only the Beers to appears not all the menus, Is it possible?

      Hello !

      I did not Heard from you but I sa the changes. My problème is that now beer appears on the menu when I don’t want to. See my client want the carousel to show only the beers and the menu only the food. Can we do that ?
      Also we have a problem with booking form and contact form, no mail sent. Can you have a look ?

      I’m sorry but I have a problem with carousel… When I add more than 12 items menus, the layout of the carousel get fucked up (sorry I don’t know other way to say that ;)). Can you have a look please?

      Hello,

      No problem on the server they checked everything. Everything Works fine on your server this is great but nothing Works on ours website since we installé la boom theme. If we don’t find à solution we will need a refund to change the theme ! I’m sorry but I’m losin it we paix for the thème but nothing Works… Do something please

      Hi

      I mean is : we use Contact Form 7 plugin for contact form in contact page (DEMO La Boom theme). But if contact form of this plugin cannot send message it may be from your configs in Mail tab of contact form OR from your server. You can check send email function of Contact Form 7 plugin with default theme to make sure that is not a problem from the La Boom theme.

      I’m having issues with the reservation form again… The booking go through but no emails sent to admin or user… We tried all settings possible with our webhosting : https://docs.ovh.com/fr/emails/generalites-sur-les-emails-mutualises/ still nothing happen. Can you help please?

      This case you have to make change configs on your Google Accounts: Create new password for your website. Then your website can send email.
