      Problem #1
      Basically, I’m trying to use TrustPulse tool with client site, https://trustpulse.com/docs/how-to-integrate-trustpulse-with-shopify/#faq. Unfortunately, I don’t see a footer.liquid file to edit in your files. I’ve been communicating with your tech support team via email for almost 4 – 5 weeks in an attempt to resolve this issue.

      The last email I’ve received instructs me to add the embed code here, https://prnt.sc/vanfds. Unfortunately, this didn’t work for me, I’ve looked in that file and see no “/body” present.

      Again, my request is simple. I need to embed the following code into your theme.

      Problem #2
      I have several items (dresses, etc.) that are displaying “sold out” when there is inventory for that item. After researching the issue, I have noticed that “sold out” displayed happens when certain variations/sizes of the product is out of stock.

      On this page, https://oshunboutiquems.com/collections/dresses, there’s a 3/4 Maxi Dress that displays “sold out” (see screenshot). When I check the backend of the store, there’s inventory of certain variations.

      I need to get this resolved as well. I’ve spoken with Shopify, and they have indicated that it’s not their software, it’s the theme and that I should contact you.

      But this embed code isn’t working. Please contact TrustPulse app then and ask them help.

      Okay. Your solution is showing that any items that have “0” has to be moved further down. Does this have to be done each time manually? If so, this is absolutely inefficient.

      Looks like this worked. What exactly did they do? Will this modification be lost after updates to the theme or Shopify?
