Menu bar at top not working

HI, on my site http://www.thisisperformance.com the blue menu bar icon at the upper right is supposed to display the menu headings when clicked on or touched. It no longer does as of around a month ago

Hi – I now have another issue with this – my logo at the top menu bar has been changed but the changed version does not show up after updated. I consistently get a “oops something has gone wrong” message when I click publish, and the following message continues to appear:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home3/thisitl8/public_html/wp-content/themes/law_practice/inc/ReduxCore/inc/extensions/customizer/extension_customizer.php on line 456

Any assistance? Passwords form private message are still the same for login.
