new installation: 0 syntax error, unexpected ‘}’, expecting end of file

Hello
i have this kind of problem
after first installation with quickstart pack, front end is working well
administrator is working only for some page, for example Global configuration, modules, global check i, Clear cache, Clear cache expired and some other doesn’t works
ERROR IS .. A WHITE PAGE WITH:
La pagina non funziona stellina.phidemo.it al momento non è in grado di gestire la richiesta.
HTTP ERROR 500
IN THIS CASE IS JOOMLA 3.9.11, SP PAGE BUILDER 3,6,1 PRO, PHP 5.6

IF I CHANGE PHP, version 7, 7.1, 7,3 the error is
0 syntax error, unexpected ‘}’, expecting end of file

i can open some pages.. but most page give me an error (you can see image uploaded)

is something in some configurations? htacces or somethingelse? how i can check.. main problem is that i can’t open global configurationes for open debug error…
