      In my media area there are place holder thumbnails for images but no thumbnail image. I have tried regen thumbnail and it did nothing. I then checked through ftp and went to the uploads folder and the it is empty except for et_temp. I then tried uploading new images and they did not go to where the file path says.

      Could you please show me screenshot for details your issue.

      Please give me FTP+WP admin info your site. I will have a close look and find solutions.

      I have not touched any permissions. This is a godaddy setup. Please login in as soon as possible and check. When you look you will see the pictures in the root domain directory,

      Yes i’ve checked i can see the permission of images upload file is 644(no write permission), i even can’t upload image on your site.Asking Your Host for Help with the Image Upload Issue.

      I have already checked file permissions for folder uploads in site1. It is set to 755, I am using filezilla.

      Did you ask your hosting manager about Image Upload Issue? Becuase I install the demo data of theme on my localhost my colleague computer, all thumb images works fine:

      so i can make sure that isn’t issue from our theme.

      I just told you the permission of the folder. Are you not able to see it? Please answer my question. What am I suppose to tell my host if the permission is correct? Have you looked at it?

      Yes i can see it. The permission of folder is 755 and the permission of files is 644.
