Not The Quality WP Install I Expected

Hello there.
I’m very disappointed with the quality of your WP theme. I’ve purchased over 30 themes on ThemeForest. This is the first theme that was so poorly updated that I don’t want to take the time to make it work.
Here are just a few of the errors/messages:
1-The importer didn’t function. The system is using a plugin called EF3. It didn’t work to import the sample data, and the standard importer didn’t work either.
2-The MaxMind GeoIP Database does not exist – Geolocation will not function. You can download and install it manually from http://dev.maxmind.com/geoip/legacy/geolite/ to the path: /home/agate/public_html/wp-content/uploads/GeoIP.dat. Scroll down to “Downloads” and download the “Binary / gzip” file next to “GeoLite Country”. Please remember to uncompress GeoIP.dat.gz and upload the GeoIP.dat file only.
3-The WooCommerce version was out of date.
4-The MySql version I have on my server via hostnine.com was not the most up-to-date. (Just a hassle, not the fault of the developer).
Please refund my purchase asap. I’d like to choose a more out-of-the-box functional theme.
