only menu bar is working, no other data is displayed even did all the steps

Hello,

I have purchased Giving NGO theme from theme forest, i have download and activated as per the instructions but after all the steps as mentioned in the document guide, i am facing some issues such as;

Only menu bar is displayed on the homepage.

no post, no page, no other image is displayed on home page.

zo donation plugin is not getting activated.

regen thumb generate option is not visible
