      Hello,
      I have recently bought the Pixelogic theme, unfortunately I get a parse error on the Web and mobile version. When I re-upload the demo content the parse error dissapears on the Web version but not on the mobile version.

      Can you please advise what needs to be done?

      – Screenshot for detail issue
      – Your site URL
      – FTP’s information
      – WordPress admin info

      Hello,
      I think I found the issue, I have deactivated the Flex Login Plugin and it seems to work now.

      Does this make sense to you?

      It is recommended plugin of theme and on our demo site the plugin works fine: https://tppr.me/QZweI
      So we need the infomation for a closer examination.

      I guess it’s because of the server information, is there a possibility I send them to you via Email?

      Hello,
      thanks for the information, the admin account was gone, but I wans, indeed, able to access via the support account I have created for you.

      All is working perfectly now. I have deactivated the Flex Login Plugin, as it still made minor problems, but without all is working perfectly well. And the more I get used to the template the more I like it.

      Unfortunately I still don’t know how to disable the TLD section underneath the Domain Names? How can I remove this section?
