      when I attempt to install the plugins that came with the theme, I get a fatal error. I am attaching a screenshot of the error I get. I cannot move forward. I do not have time to wait for this to be fixed. If it is going to take a couple days to fix it, then please refund me.

      Please send the following information to get the support faster:
      – FTP’s information
      – Site’s URL
      – WordPress admin account
      – License certificate image:http://prntscr.com/o8tck1(to ensure you have bought the theme and deserve the good support).
      I will help you install demo data.
