      Hi,
      I’m having problems with the donation plugin as I can not figure out how it works and if it works. I would need to understand how to change the causes of donation, the amounts, the display of the donation card, the functioning of the DONATE NOW button and all the options that can be made. Can you help me?

      ftp data is correct, my hosting blocks unknown ip addresses. I was not able to block this function but I deactivated it for 24 hours. Let me know if you can log in otherwise give me your ip address and add it to the list of enabled addresses.

      The plugin seems to work but there are some things that don’t work. The symbol set for the currency does not change (that of the amounts yes, but that of the amount at will no). I can’t set the title of the various fields on the donation form and I can’t set a drop-down menu to choose the cause of the donation. How can I solve it?

      1. I need a drop-down menu where I can choose which cause to donate;

      2. The symbol next to the default amounts I managed to change it to € but next to the free amount there is always $ even if I set € in the settings;

      Hi, I was able to change the various points with your indications. Now, however, the problem is with the donation plug-in because I set up the api paypal credentials but when I try to make a donation it doesn’t take me to the paypal page to conclude the donation but it brings me to page 404.
      Also if in the settings I try to set the opening of an external link for the dona key now it does not respond to the command and continues to set the popup mode.
      Finally, even by entering the € currency in the settings it continues to show $ in the causes and in the donate now button on the home page € comes out in the popup but in the processing of the donation $ comes out (which then eventually fails as I explained before).
      How can I solve it?

      Hi, I contacted the domain manager to remove the ftp access filter so you should now log in without any problems (the credentials are always the same). You could check how the donation plugin works because I can’t get it to work, I tried to enter the API credentials in various ways but in the end it never leads to the paypal page.

      Thanks for the changes but I entered the paypal credentials and the donate button now doesn’t work right. Any setting chosen in the header section (internal link, external link, popup mode) does not work. Can you control?

      Thank you. The popup mode now works but entering the api credentials and entering the data in the donation form in the end does not lead to the paypal page to proceed with the donation.

      did you use paypal payement or stipe ? because the same problem shows when i test this with stripe even on the original theme on envatoand how to activat the test mode th verify if the donation iq working or now
