      Good Day,

      I have tried installing it manually but it is still not working, and the site does not look like the demo site at all.
      Now I my reply to the ticket thread cannot be created at this time??

      Is there an email I can send with my login info?

      Please assist rather urgently.

      I’ve tried import data manually.

      Your server isn’t responding, it only responds in minutes ,then always see “This site can’t be reached”. Our colleague have the same problem.

      Do you have this problem?

      May be we’re in blacklisted? very difficult to work.

      If can’t import demo data manually,the last way is could you please give us cpanel info?our developer will check responds problem and move our demo site for you.
