        Don’t know what you guys did but the rev slider is not activated and when i try to access admin area, it only gives errors. no way to access admin or dashboard. I’m trying to see what files are missing or corrupted at the moment.

      THe page builder is working fine in latest version.
      Please follơw this tutorial to update theme

      How To Update The Theme


      You can remove the plugin firstly, then re-install it (Appearance->Install plugins) and then the plugin will be updated.
      Please send the following information to get the support faster:

      – FTP’s information
      – Site’s URL
      – WordPress admin account
      – License certificate image:http://prntscr.com/o8tck1(to ensure you have bought the theme and deserve the good support).
      don’t forget make private for any information

      Here are a few attachments that have my new purchase for support as well as images of website.
      I could not add all to one reply.

      img 1 – is what site originally looked like and what I would prefer it to look like again
      img 2 – is what site currently looks like before installing update
      img 3 – is what theme/site looks like after updating the theme

      PLEASE NOTE: On last reply I attached all login info in file spyropress.txt
      ALSO, I couldn’t leave theme in current state so I re-installed previous backup to have a working website. All is ready for you to work your magic and fix what’s wrong with your theme/plugin – THX

      Crownit theme issues

      Just updated WP admin to WordPress 5.7.1. The theme homepage has now changed from what you had fixed from before
      Your admin login still exists to access the site

      ONCE AGAIN the theme is displaying errors. This has to stop. Error reads
      (see attached)

      Also rev slider says update available but I cannot as it wants me to purchase it
      Please fix ASAP

      To update plugin : You can remove the plugin firstly, then re-install it (Appearance->Install plugins) and then the plugin will be updated.

      the admin php file in the wp-admin folder was deleted
      Was able to get site back up and activate slider but slider is no longer centered. Please correct
