Team Section - Best WordPress Theme 2021

  I got another question, I implement the Team Section as Media Grid and i Define a Custom Template in order to make this Section as request (please see the first 2 link:

  Everyday the first time i open my Website i get this in my Team Section, look like is dicìfficult for the Website show up this section:
