Customers who make individual theme purchases will be able to get access to theme updates. Even though there is no guarantee that the older templates will be compatible with future versions of WordPress, all templates are designed to work with the latest available version of WordPress. We are however committed to doing our best to make all the themes compatible with future releases of WordPress.

3. Themes Compatibility

Our themes are developed and fine-tuned for WordPress 4.x + or higher because we always strive to stay up-to-date with the latest version of WordPress. You might experience certain performance or functionality glitches with the themes if you use any version prior to that.

The minimal requirement for our themes is the same as WordPress, which is currently PHP 5.4 and MySQL 5.0 (requirements).

4. Ownership

All the products are the property so you may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

5. Site Content

All content published on the Spyropress.com domain, including images, site content published on the showcase and on the blog belongs to Spyropress and is under copyright. Any reproduction is the site content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source.

6. Refund Policy

Since the Spyropress products are impalpable goods that are digitally delivered, all sales are final. We practice a no refund policy so if you experience any difficulties with one of the digital download products or if you undergo any problems with downloading it, we will be more than happy to help you to fix it.

8. Warranty

Spyropress does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that Spyropress templates will work with all browser combinations.
