      Please I downloaded the theme from elements.envato.com so I don’t have a themeforest purchase code.

      My issue is, I can’t change payment settings on EF4 Framework for Giving Walk. All fields have been disabled

      Please try to update plugin for your site.
      You can remove the plugin firstly, then re-install it (Appearance->Install plugins) and then the plugin will be updated.

      Hi, I have tried to reach SpyroPress via email (info.spyropress@gmail.com) and via FB (@WPMarket) but I did not recieved any answer.

      Also I do not have option to create ticket here although I paid for support for my Shopify theme Bixbang at themeforest.net.

      When I try to insert my license key here, there is not Bixbang theme as an option.

      Another thing is, that when I try to post reply in existing tickets (like this one), almost in all cases it just show error message “ERROR: Your reply cannot be created at this time”.

      Could you please help me to fix this, so I can create new tickets, since I paid for the option?

      Since no one is answering, I am kind of running out of options here…

        Hi – I am not sure, what the progress is currently, so below I am posting what changed and what did not:

        Not resolved:
        – When there is more menu items, menu sidebar gets scrammed together, items covering each other, cannot see options
        – Please see attached screenshot (SCR_001) for BUG visualization
        – Please see attached screenshot (SCR_002) for proposed solution

        Resolved:
        – Cart drop-down menu is no more hidden behind the browser window borders

        Please let me know some time frame for the BUG fixing, so I know what to expect, thank you

        Still not fixed…

        Problem is not fixed, there is no reaction, it has been 25 days since my initial email about this issue to Spyropress.

        Your support policy claim:
        “We really care about customer support services and guarantee to response to all support topics within 24 hours on weekday (a bit longer over weekend). Due to different timezone, you may get very fast response when we are available; our timezone is: GMT+7.”
