Vratislav VašinaParticipantHi, I have tried to reach SpyroPress via email (info.spyropress@gmail.com) and via FB (@WPMarket) but I did not recieved any answer.
Also I do not have option to create ticket here although I paid for support for my Shopify theme Bixbang at themeforest.net.
When I try to insert my license key here, there is not Bixbang theme as an option.
Another thing is, that when I try to post reply in existing tickets (like this one), almost in all cases it just show error message “ERROR: Your reply cannot be created at this time”.
Could you please help me to fix this, so I can create new tickets, since I paid for the option?
Since no one is answering, I am kind of running out of options here…

– When there is more menu items, menu sidebar gets scrammed together, items covering each other, cannot see options

Problem is not fixed, there is no reaction, it has been 25 days since my initial email about this issue to Spyropress.
Your support policy claim:
