      Hi!

      I have bought them and I have been able to import all the demo data but the portfolio is blank and there is no way to create new products. I wrote 4 days ago on the themeforest page and you didn’t answer me. It’s really urgent.
      Can you help me?

      – FTP’s information
      – Site’s URL
      – WordPress admin account
      – License certificate image:http://prntscr.com/o8tck1(to ensure you have bought the theme and deserve the good support).
