I have a subscription to Envato Elements where I downloaded your theme. Also, I decided to purchase the theme on Themeforest an affiliate of Envato Elements to pay for tech support. Is there a difference between the theme downloaded from the Envato Elements website and Themeforest?
Also, after installing your theme my client’s site is experiencing the following issues:
-When text message receipts are sent to the customers after making a purchase in the store they are receiving Error 404 messages. The client does use the Shopify point of sale system to administer text messages. It appears after clicking the link to the receipt that’s sent via text. See screenshot.
-The website has become slower than the original theme. What can be done to speed the site up.
