  hi,
  Our website: http://members.seco-institute.org/ isn’t working properly. I installed the theme and the demo content and nothing shows.
  
  We run php version 7.3 and it seems that Soar can’t handle that. We get this error: https://www.saotn.org/fatal-error-operator-not-supported-strings-php-71/
