Toot theme missing copywrite config

We just bought the toot theme and after reading the docs we are missing features in the admin. This is what our footer admin looks like https://prnt.sc/mczecw . This is what the docs say we should be seeing https://prnt.sc/mczhqf. Its the same for footer top. lots of options missing. The only way we have found how to edit the copywriter is to actually edit the footer-1.php file.

Having other issues as well.

The second style, style2 of page loader is broken and is not showing the spinner in the middle of the page but a massively broken spinner at the top

Importing sample data just hangs at 5%

Tried to add a menu to the top header but it breaks the page.

Flex maps does not work

2. The loading issue is fixed.

3. I can see your site has a lot of data. Do you want to reset your site to import demo data?

4. About the last question: Tried to add a menu to the top header but it breaks the page.
