I am, trying to create a new ticket for a new issue on my Suarez template, can you help me?

I’m having problems with image cropping on woocommerce.
I don’t want the prodcut images to crop but to keep the original size. I’ve tried to change the options on costumizer but when I save them, they don’t apply.

Can you please help me fix this?
