Troubles with constant links and smtp

Good day!
1) I have troubles with news constant links. I tired to change permalink so often, because you know that’s no good for search engines.
site url: http://mds.uz
Trouble link: http://mds.uz/news/
Description: when you want to read more some of the news, it does’n open it and redirect to default News page.

2) smtp mail server doesn’t work. I use “Easy WP Smtp” plugin via gmail email servers.
I set up contact form to appointment to our doctors.

I’ll be thankful if you help me how to solve these issues.)
