Where can I write my Purchase Code?

I try to activate my new Theme (Haswell).
I have the Purchase Code, but I don’t know where is the field, where I can input this Code!
Why is all so difficult?

When you activate theme, you don’t need to add Purchase Code, the Purchase code for update theme.
