Widget and Appearance session not working

Dear Support now after fixing menu error the Appearance -> Widget and Appearance -> Customize session is not working .
I have also other question : I was just surprised where to change the logo , because in the theme settings the logo given is different from the one showing in the website , can you please assist on this also

Please send the following information to get the support faster:

– FTP’s information
– Site’s URL
– WordPress admin account
– Purchase Code (to ensure you have bought the theme and deserve the good support)
