WordPress widgets not working in Builder

Good afternoon!

I am working on a new site using your Magician theme.
When building pages or buckets using builder, the WordPress widgets don’t work.
I can’t drop in video, audio or iFrame embed code using Custom HTML widget. AJAX window comes up but nowhere to drop in video URL or code.
Need your assistance. Thank you!
