      Hi ther,

      after installing theme (WP-Version: 4.8), wp-admin is blank. http://prntscr.com/fnwrgh

      So I must delet via ftp suarez-them and than WP works fine.

      Is there a solution to work with this theme?

      That is small issue in code. Here is solutions: delete space at the end of functions.php file:

      OK. But now I can’t install demo content. After update Demo Content, no Demo Content is available.
