WPBakery Page Builder Issues with Theme

Hello,

CMS Fancy Box icons not working/not displaying, styles for buttons are not working and I need to ability to have a horizontal menu in addition to the vertical menu. I’ve submitted the Contact Us form a few times but have not received any response.

I submitted a request via the ticket system a week ago, but am unable to respond to your response as I get an error on the ticket system “Your reply cannot be created at this time”. I’ve also emailed but have not received a response.

I’d like to get these issues resolved please as I have purchased this theme.

I’ve yet to receive any response or assistance. I sent an email to info.spyropress@gmail.com on 8/1/2022 at 9:45am with screenshots. It’s been almost a month since I purchased this theme. Can someone please assist me with the CMS Fancy Box issues?
