Did you find the bug? I have same issue.
Currently I have YamatoVersion: 1.4 and I updated wordpress to 4.9
The problem is the main navigation, it looks like the style has gone, also I have some problems with Revolution slider.Does Yamato 1.4 work with wordpress 4.9?

Genaro LopezParticipantOn my site it does not appear, Edit with WPBakery Page Builder, it says, Edit with Visual Composer, as shown in the image (img Edit)
When I click on Edit, I get this (img Edit2)
the version of Visual Composer is this (Img VersionVisualComposer)Attachments:

Genaro LopezParticipantI have updated the plugin (img VersionWPBakery.png)
When I click on Edit with WPBakery Page Builder, I get this (img WPBloqueada2.png)
I get this on WPBakery Page Builder Settings (img ActivateWPBakery.png)
my question is, Why the license? The theme is supposed to already include the WPBakeryAttachments:
